"Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! The grounds were so pretty surrounded by trees and privacy. It was a great home base for us with a wedding in Camden. The kitchen was well equipped and the house had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property."

"It’s on the water…sleeps 8…private 2 acre property…open floor plan….fantastic deck and grill…beautiful yard and scenic views…great couch that seats 8 to watch tv, also outside accommodations are really, really good. You won’t be disappointed. I just have to mention that you have a washer/dryer on the first floor (you won’t find that in many cottages ). The appliances are top notch. I was astounded when I looked in the oven. Gorgeous. Never seen anything like it. Anyway… it’s a beautiful cottage, great location, clean, upscale, sleeps 8, lots to do nearby…and that’s all you need to know!Forgot to mention that the Sunrise is phenomenal. Catch a photo of THAT!"
Tranquil waterfront near Rockland, July week on sale!

"This is a beautiful house on a tidal river near South Thomaston. We enjoyed the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, big dining table, and comfortable bedrooms. We launched our boats from the floating dock in front of the house. We had to be mindful of the tidal level to paddle, as it was a mud flat at low tide. We also had wonderful biking trips on the quiet roads in the area. A bike trip over to Clark Island to swim in the quarry was a highlight. Also visited Ash Point and Owl's Head by bike.There was a big deck to sit out on. A big rhododendron blocks the view of the ocean from the deck, but there are great views from all the rooms. The sunset is stunning.The upstairs suite has a beautiful sitting area and fabulous views.Overall, it was a roomy, comfortable house for our group of six."

"Property was clean and very accessible to where we wanted to go. If you have a pet it has no fence. And you don't have access to any closets. They also ask you to strip your beds and start laundry and sweep which we found to be very unusual."

"Pristine, beautifully furnished house in a gorgeous and convenient location, lovely to look out over the water. Well supplied kitchen -- everything you need -- and brand-new sheets and towels. Very close to the road, but we didn't mind. We've spent a lot of time in Midcoast Maine over the years, and this was tops. Kim was an excellent host. So grateful."
