"Maison très spacieuse et propre. Le séjour est très grand avec une cuisine très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine. 3 belles chambres dont une immense à l’étage, idéal pour parents avec enfant. Extérieur agréable et calme au cœur de la ferme des propriétaire avec pour voisins vaches et volailles. Nous avons adoré notre séjour au gîte. "

They are also great hosts and will do everything they can to ensure you enjoy your stay. Villamblard is remote but easily accessible by car with many interesting places to visit. The cottages are comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for your self catering stay, with home grown produce available too....

"Het huis was geweldig en de eigenaren zeer vriendelijk . Voor ons was dit gedeelte van de Dordogne te vlak. we houden van motorrijden en in dit gedeelte miste we de bergen en ook de mooie wandelroutes. Ook was het te warm om dit alles te ondernemen, misschien hadden we meer ondernomen als het wat kouder was. Maar de vrijheid van de accommodatie was geweldig. Le fait de devoir sortir dans la rue pour accéder au jardin n’est pas idéal mais c’est bien précisé dans l’annonce. Un peu trop sur la rue à notre goût mais les nuisances sonores restent acceptables."

The property feels remote but is actually within really easy distance of the pleasant village of St Pardoux la Riviere which has a couple of restaurants and a well stocked supermarket. Lots to see and do in the surrounding areas and we could easily have spent longer in this part of Perigord."
