Schöne Wohnung in super Lage!
Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 4 Kindern sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand und da sie im Erdgeschoss ist, war es super praktisch. Ein Problem mit der Mikrowelle wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden gelöst, Danke dafür!

Traumurlaub
Wir haben zwei superschöne Urlaubswochen auf Rügen verbracht. Dazu trug vor allem das gute Wetter bei, aber auch unsere Ferienwohnung direkt am Strand. Es waren wirklich nur 30 Meter bis zur Promenade und dann nur den Strandzugang (Nr.26) hinunter (noch einmal 30 Meter bis zum Wasser). Dort hatten wir uns einen Strandkorb gemietet, den wir auch ausgiebig genutzt haben. Unser Auto war sicher in der Tiefgarage unter der Ferienwohnung abgestellt. An der Promenade besuchten wir jeden Tag ein anderes Restaurant.

Urlaub mit Freunden
Schöne Wohnung direkt an der Promenade. Übergabe mit dem Schlüssel 🔑 klappte super, da vorher schon online eingecheckt. Allerdings auch sehr teuer, also Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht ganz konform.

Schön aber verbesserungswürdig
Die Ferienwohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Mikrowelle defekt. Terassendielen locker und geben nach (gefährlich). Tägliche Warenanlieferung für das Restaurant war störend. Die Wohnung war sauber. Trotz der kl. Mängel haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Insel Rügen ist wunderschön.

Geen echt zeezicht.
Prima en net appartement. Maar er was prominent geadverteerd met zeezicht. Nou als je met je neus tegen de balkondeur staat of op het balkon, dan zie je een stukje zee. Maar goed dit soort advertenties is kennelijk standaard in de business. Maar wel misleidend.

Es war alles Top. Ein par Minuten zum Strand. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Nur die Rezeption liegt doch etwas entfernt zu Fuß.

Die Lage des Objektes war gut. Man hatte einen kurzen Weg zur Ostsee und Seebrücke. Die Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gut . Die Wohnung ist leider ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen! Die Wohnungseingangstür schleifte auf dem Fußboden. Die Microwelle war wegen eines defekten Schalters nur schwer zu nutzen. Die Wohnung wird für 4 Personen angeboten, nur leider ist das meiste Geschirr und Gläser nur für drei Personen vorhanden. Wir hatten das Appartment 624. Durch eine Metallverkleidung an der Giebelwand des Gebäudes war bei Regen ein ständiges Trommeln zu hören, dass Nachts beim Einschlafen sehr lästig war. Der offene Durchgang zum Aufzug ist mit einer kaum sichtbaren Stufe versehen. Hier besteht bei Dunkelheit eine große Sturzgefahr, da keine Lichtschaltung über Bewegungsmelder vorhanden ist. Bei der Tiefgarage handelt es sich um eine automatische Stellplatzanlage, über zwei elektrisch betriebene Parkebenen. Hier fehlt eine zusätzliche Einweisung für Gäste um Beschädigungen am Auto zu vermeiden, das Gleiche gilt für die elektisch betriebene Zufahrt. Es fehlt der Hinweis, dass der Schlüssel zur Wohnung auch der Schlüssel für die Toranlage ist.
