The villa, built around 1920 in the typical bath style and renovated in 1999, is located in a central location near the beach in the historic part of the Baltic Sea resort of Binz.

Your comfortably furnished non-smoking apartment 3RB8 is located on the 2nd Upstairs. The 2-room apartment with a winter garden has a size of approx. 56 sqm and can be occupied by up to 4 people. The apartment is divided into a beautiful living room with dining area, separate kitchen with bar, bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and a small table with mirror and seating, a bright conservatory and a bathroom with sink, shower, wall heating, permanently installed hair dryer and toilet. In the separate winter garden you will find an additional seating that invites you to linger. In the living room is next to the sofa bed for 2 more people, a Full HD TV and radio / CD player.
