Your cozy non-smoking sea view apartment 23RB27 has a size of approx. 70 qm and is furnished for 4 people. It is located on the 3rd and 4th Upper floor and has two south-facing balconies. In the 3rd Upstairs is the bedroom, the kitchen with dining area and the bathroom with vanity, shower and toilet. In the separate bedroom you will find a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and various small appliances. The connection between the 3rd and 4th The upper floor creates a spacious spiral staircase. The living room is on the 4th Upper floor and extends across the entire width of the house. Here is a cozy seating area with a sofa bed and a browse corner. From here you have a beautiful view of the promenade and the Baltic Sea. The technical equipment includes a TV and a music system. You can park your car free of charge in the apartment's own car park in the nearby parking garage. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
