In this historic villa we offer you the most beautiful apartment in the property, the penthouse apartment, for max. 5 people. The fantastic view invites you to linger. It is only about 200 m to the pier or the house of the guest, 300 m to the Kurhaus. The long wide Baltic Sea beach is right in front of the house. Fresh rolls are available from several bakers in the main street (about 3 minutes).

Sehr schöne, hochwertige, komfortable und geräumige Ferienwohnung in bester Lage

Uns hat unser Aufenthalt im Penthouse sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und hochwertig eingerichtet, es war alles da was man braucht. Vom Flur gelangt man in die beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine sowie in das Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon. Dieses ist ein Durchgangszimmer, von dem aus man auf einer Seite in die Küche, den Essbereich und zu einem weiteren Balkon gelangt. Von der anderen Seite des Wohnzimmers aus gelangt man in das große Schlafzimmer mit dem dritten Balkon, an das die Sauna grenzt. Hinter der Sauna gibt es ein zweites, großes Badezimmer ebenfalls mit Dusche. In dieser Unterkunft hält man sich gerne auch mal länger auf und hat trotzdem die Ostsee vor der Nase. Durch die versetzten Balkone kann man sich immer aussuchen, ob man lieber in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen möchte - wenn die Sonne scheint. Dann hat man auch einen schönen Ausblick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Die Villa Glückspilz liegt direkt an der Promenade etwas ab vom Zentrum. So ist es ruhig aber man ist trotzdem schnell an der Seebrücke und im Getummel. Als etwas störend könnte man es empfinden, dass das Gebäude - verständlicherweise - ständig fotografiert wird. ;-)
