"Nice property in general, but older building. Our room curtains were not clean initially and had small spiders in them. Told the front desk and housekeeping came to try clean. But only used a broom, not a vacuum. Could have been better cleaned, especially after complaining. But other than that, all else was good. Location was nice, could walk to the train station. Loved Maastricht!"

Also, it was difficult to get hold of the managing person, either to leave a message or ask something. They also put my luggage out of my room in the hallway as the checkout time passed. Someone I know shared that they assigned their room to another person and allowed entry in their room. Big security and privacy issue. "
