We were a bit disappointed with the poor quality of the property and an overall musty smell especially in the corridors which have no ventilation. Its overpriced for the quality. "We really enjoyed our stay in Binic. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It is has a great location overlooking the beach and only a short walk away from a bakery, the local supermarket and the lovely harbourside restaurants of Binic. The patio in the back garden is a great place to eat a meal as the sun is setting in the evening. Binic is a nice seaside town with two good beaches. St Brieuc and Paimpol are interesting historical local towns to visit and Moncontour is a charming mediaeval town a little further away. Gwenaëlle is a responsive host and Jessica, who checked us in and out of the house, is very friendly and helpful and even met us at 07:15 on Saturday morning when we left to catch the ferry home. If you have restricted mobility, be aware the house is split-level with a number of steps. "
