"The best thing about the property is the location. 3 min walk from a stunning beach, sweet cafes and restaurants. We loved the pool area and the AC worked great in the home. The view3s were gorgeous and we enjoyed sunset from the roof top area. The host was very responsive and offered help when asked. The few things that need a bit of an upgrade are the outdoor lounge chairs, one was broken, and we had an issue with one of the bathrooms where we could not get the sewer smell to go away so we kept the door closed and didn't use it which was unfortunate. I am also quite surprised that at a beach house with a pool there were no beach supplies for guests, or beach/pool towels. I would've at least expected a simple beach umbrella. We had to buy one and I left it at the house hoping other guest can use it. Maybe this is not common in Europe and only in the states but the house didn't provide anything, even soap in the bathrooms. But given that, we would still stay again, for the location and beauty of the total environment."

"Fantastic property inside and the large outside space with dining set, loungers and BBQ. We enjoyed the pool and it wasn’t an issue sharing with the adjacent property. There is a supermarket, a small selection of restaurants and a lovely snorkelling cove within a 5-10 minutes walk. We holidayed as a family with two teenagers who loved the relaxed vibe of the area. Matthew was happy for us to stay in the villa after our checkout time, as we had a later flight which was greatly appreciated! The bedrooms had A/C but I probably misread the property’s description and I hadn’t realised the living area had a large ceiling fan but no A/C. We would love to stay in the property again, it was spacious, private and in a lovely location!!!"

"Enjoyed seven nights with friends at this excellent villa in June.We were a group of 4 couples and having the extra bedroom for luggage storage was extremely useful.The villa is located in a quiet area with nearby supermarket, bakery and restaurants.There was ample parking for two large cars.The pool was the highlight being a good size and having ample room for socialising. The outdoor seating areas were ideal for communal dinners and there was a large barbeque.We had a small issue with aircon units and the property manager attended same day to deal with this.The only slight negative was that the aircon in two of the rooms was not partularly strong and there was no aircon in the inside living room. There were mosquitos at night but with bug repellant and citronella candles they were kept at bay.The villa is a 2 minute walk from a bus stop with direct service to Mahon.Overall great trip and would highly recommend the villa for couple groups or families."

"We really enjoyed a family holiday in Villa Binimary . Ideal location in quiet area and walking distance to Binibeca Vell , lovely sandy beach and Cala Torret where 2 family members tried scuba diving . Good restaurant near by too and a small supermarket . Bigger supermarket in Binebeca offers free delivery but managed to do an online shop with EROSKI prior to arrival as we decided not to hire a car .2 year old grandson loved the pool and garden . Great to have Roman steps and a villa on one level with young children . Bedrooms have air con but none in lounge and kitchen and only one fan so we were very hot when preparing lunch and the odd dinner . Kitchen could have been better equipped as only 1 big serving dish . E.g a salad bowl would have been very useful . Villa was very clean and cot and high chair provided for our 6 month old granddaughter . A cot side would be a great addition as the 2 year old fell out of bed a few times ! Agni travel were very responsive as we only had 1 towel each provided and no hand towels for the bathrooms and extra towels were delivered promptly . On the downside the pool turned all our costumes and trunks yellow on any white areas and ruined a few ! I did query the pool water as some of the tiles went very green in places but I did not was told this was ok . The pool man did come twice during the week .Location of the key box would have been useful as couldn’t see it to start with ! Overall though a great place for a holiday "

"The hotel was very well maintained located in a scenic location away from the hustle and bustle yet close to the little village of Binibeca. Very clean, excellent breakfast, staff were very helpful and friendly. Near Mahon airport and city. All round a Five star experience. "

"A fantastic week in this villa. Really well equipped, lovely outdoor space and pool, lots of seating outside both covered and round the pool. Great location 5 mins walk to beach, back again is up a hill but not far, 5 mins walk to Caka Torrey for restaurants and small supermarket and 25 min walk to Binibeca Vell with larger supermarket and more restaurants. Juan was super and just at the end of phone if we needed help with anything, responded promptly,a great host and great stay. Thank you"
