"Loved everything about our stay. Especially the housekeeping staff. We noticed that when Patricia cleaned our room, everything smelled fresh and looked its best. Also, the wait staff were brilliant. The food was the best we’ve had at a hotel in Mallorca. It was a very short walk to the beach, good restaurants, and super markets. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Excellent hotel with amazing staff and services. Everything from location to easy access to transportation. Pharmacy next door, supermarket and bus stop a very short walk away. Maintenance at this hotel is the best I have ever seen. Staff are always at hand and are greeting you with smiles and asking if you need anything to please you. We lacked nothing. Beds were very comfortable and very spacious rooms. Front desk coordinated tours and taxis and everything was seamless. This is a very high quality hotel with attention to detail. The name JS Palma Stay should read JS Palma Stay Forever because you won’t want to leave, Lastly, they made us feel special and we thank them for that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We had a brilliant stay here. The hotel is in a fantastic location, it’s spotlessly clean, comfortable, and all the staff are wonderful! The prices are all really reasonable. The pool is a lovely area and it’s a great location to be able to watch the sunset. We also hired bikes which made for a great day out. All round loved it and couldn’t recommend it more. Thank you! "
