"We normally LOVE coming to Hammock Beach and have been many times before. This trip unfortunately felt like they've gone down hill recently. From the tv remotes being held together by black tape to the staff not really being the friendliest. I would say 2 out of 10 people actually seemed happy to work there. The others felt like it was bothersome to have to speak to people. We experienced pretty unhappy wait staff and managers and no one really had that service with a smile that they used to. The front desk check in staff were great and the manager Frank was a sweetheart but otherwise we definitely missed the WOW factor that it used to have. "

"We checked out last Friday and had an amazing stay! The house was so clean and fully stocked. Some things that were available and so very appreciated were the high chair and kids plates/cups. The pool was perfect for our needs and I loved that we had a fence around it. There was some construction going on next door so it was pretty noisy, BUT that is not something the property manager can control. The golf cart was so convenient. We were able to drive back and forth to the beach without getting in our car. We would 100% stay here again. The BBQ restaurant at the end of the block was so good too. I really hope we can stay there again. If you are debating booking this house, don’t! Its perfect. "

"Three families met at the beach on the same street our friends live. The views from the porch are stunning and beach access is super easy. However, some appliances were broken and while they eventually did get fixed, communication was a little slow and it did take several days. Property needs some maintenance, a door didn’t shut properly, lights were flickering, bathroom fan didn’t work etc. This place could be amazing if property owner refreshed the house a bit. Overall while inconvenienced, we still had a great week!"

"We loved the house—it had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was missing a few items, but we were able to DoorDash what we needed and even left them behind for the next guests.We were a little disappointed with the check-in process. Our paperwork stated we could check in at 12, but the house wasn’t ready, and we were told it was a mix-up. It was also mentioned in the listing/discussion that a golf cart would be included, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. The hottub did not work properly as well as the bathtub in the master bedroom.Other than those issues, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be booking the house again "

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and convenient beach escape, this is the place. We’re already planning our next visit!"

"The neighborhood is great. The house is in close proximity to St. Augustine and downtown Flagler. The beach access is a couple houses down from this home. There is plenty of beach chairs and toys to enjoy during your stay. The house has all the amenities and large enough for all the family to enjoy. The pool was amazing and plenty of seating. I would definitely stay at this property again "
