Des notre arrivée le personnel s est dépêché de faire notre chambre qui n était pas prête , nous avons dû choisir dans notre chambre a la remise des clés notre menu du restaurant sans carte sans tarif . Tout d abord on nous a demandé « pasta ou pizza » puis il a fallu nous décider sur le choix de pizza rapidement et sur de l improvison . On nous a confirmé que nos pizzas seront prêtes pour 20h sans avoir le choix . Concernant la chambre , des grosses toiles d araignées partout sur les murs et plafond , photos à l appui , pas de tapis de douche donc sol ultra glissant surtout pour mon fils de 8 ans , pas d abattant wc , chambre qui sentait le renfermé . On s est présenté à la piscine à 17h45 on nous a refusé m accès disant que la piscine fermée a 18h sauf que les horaires de fermeture étaient indiquées 18h30 on nous a donné un accès de 2 min seulement a la pataugeoire pour enfant car les grandes piscines étaient déjà fermées . On nous a dit de revenir demain à 9h00 . Concernant la pizza j ai retrouvé un morceau d emballage plastique dedans . Le petit déjeuner est un croissant ou un beignet une boisson chaude et une froide . Pas de rideau sur la fenêtre ni la porte d entrée vitrée donc réveil très tôt par le soleil . L entrée jusque l hôtel est un chemin de gravier rempli d énormes trous . Vraiment a fuir . Rien ne va dans cet hôtel

La tenuta Giannini non male, piscina non mi interessava, mi interessava il parcheggio li c'era è anche gratuito, la docia malandata funzionava malissimo, dispiace dirlo ma è la verità, camera passabile,colazione fatta una stop altre due fatte fuori struttura, personale scarso stop

Salle de bain : pas d'obturation de lavabo bidet, pas de balai de wc, humidité au plafond et moucherons. On a été obligés de chercher le personnel d'accueil, le petit déjeuner ne proposait qu'un croissant 1 jus de fruit non naturel dans 1 gobelet plastique et le café est servi aussi dans un gobelet plastique. Pas de wifi dans les chambres.

Solondei consigli al gestore vorrei dare: Accogliete gli ospiti quando arrivano in modo da farli sentire motivati ad aver pagato un soggiorno da voi. Dotate magari la stanza di un bollitore con magari qualche bistina di the o tisana. Se scrivete animali accolti, non lasciate liberi i vs cani, visto che avete un pastore tedesco si sa! Che è territoriale e solo alla vista di un cane ospite potrebbe aggredirlo. La colazione inclusa va ben oltre in genere ad un cappuccione ed una briosce vuota...baterwbbere due fette biscottate e un po di marmellata e farebbe gia la sua figura...magari due fette di prosciutto un uovo e una fetta di pane saeebbe un sogno. Organizzate in modo che al check in sua gia accesa la caldaia . Allestite magari la camera in modo che non sembri una celletta per i frati in ritiro spirituale. Magari una bottiglietta di acqua da 500 ml farebbe piacere trovarla. Detto ciò il resto gia lo avete a disposizione visto il fantastico posto in cui sorge la struttura immersa nelle campagne della puglia. Il mio consiglio ve lo lascio perche sono bato in puglia ed avrei piacere di essere fiero al mio ritorno di vedere che la mia terra natia sfrutta al meglio i suoi posti. Ritornerò un giorno e mi auguro di vedere che i miei consigli siano stati applocati. Buon lavoro

Un oasi negli uliveti.

Ho soggiornato presso la tenuta Giannini poiché dovevo fare un lavoro in zona Modugno. Mi sono trovato benissimo. Il posto è bellissimo, immerso negli uliveti. Il personale è stato attento alle mie esigenze e le stanze sono pulitissime. Tornerò volentieri a trovarli.

Nie polecam miejsca w tym okresie. Nikt nie mówi po angielsku. Szedłem z dworca 6km z bagażem i nikt mnie nie poinformował ze tak będzie. Słabe miejsce. Pokoje tez. To miały być Włochy , nie Azja.
