"Loved the staff and the service, very helpful and recommended some great places. The noise at night from the street was a bit annoying when trying to sleep. I was fortunate to have a bunk bed that wasnt squeaky, however there were other bunks beds in the room that were very squeaky and caused quite a bit ot annoyance too, maybe these bunk beds need to be checked and tighten?"

"Location was great. Property condition not so good as water damaged floor that felt unsafe to walk on, bath leaking, door near bed wouldn’t close, no wifi at all and we had a mattress topper as our doona/quilt which was so uncomfortable that we took it out and had just the cover on us to sleep so it got cold. Manager’s not great and nothing was fixed while we were there. Had to sit at the front door to access the restaurant’s wifi. "
