"The room we stayed in was one of the most basic ones. Had everything we needed, but we also had some ants living with us, and the shower was leaking into the bathroom floor every time we used it. Apart from that, the bed was super comfortable and the stay was overall enjoyable."

"POSITIVE : kitchen fully equipped, big fridge, comfy bed/pillows, good shower pressure and size, separate light in shower cubicle. NEGATIVE : we were given a room with a faulty toilet that splashed after every flush. After wiping up the mess on the seat and floor, we quickly used up the ONE roll of toilet paper we had for our TWO night stay. I went to reception to inform of this. I was told that this issue was recorded on the computer. When I said “and yet you still put us in a room with this issue?” She blatantly just said “yes” and gave me another roll of toilet paper, a tea towel and small towel to dry the toilet each time. Stunned, I went back to the room. By the time I decided to complain, it was too late to talk to management. The next morning I went to make a complaint and got a room without an issue. No offer of discount for first night. More negatives - towels were a shade of dirty white and smallest ever had. There was no hair dryer. Couch was hard as a rock. We had to take the rubbish out ourselves, to the other side of the car park, or else! Really???? We had to do the dishes, or else! This place is called a RESORT! I don’t think so! For the price, it’s not worth it and it’s definitely NOT a resort. We will never stay here again and certainly do not recommend it."
