"I had bugs in my room. I had pubic hairs in my bed. Mold in my shower. For the price that was paid I would expect better. The water faucet in the bathroom had some weird debris or texture on it. From build up. Disgusting!"

"The staff and room were excellent. Finding the hotel check in area was difficult. No exterior signage directing you, and the desk is buried deep into the main building. No drive in area to unload luggage anywhere near check in or any carts. Otherwise, a nice facility."

"Everything was nice and fresh. It felt like the room was recently opened and refreshed. A little more time to clean out the corners would be perfect. "

"Everything was great except the pool and hot tub. They let us use the next door one but it wasn't great either. Hyatts pool was freezing and the hot tub was just as cold. The pool next door was warm pool water and colder hott tub. If they got that under control it would have been a perfect stay. Food is good. Its alot to choose from and they do change it up. And yes breakfast & parking is included so that was a plus too. I'd definitely stay here again. Room was very spacious and clean."
