Great location to enjoy everything downtown

Located in a downtown light industrial area, this apartment complex is still under renovation. Located five blocks from the center of downtown Billings and a mile from the hospitals, and Riverstone Health. This unit has a separate, small bedroom. Low ceiling can make it feel a tad cramped.

This is the oldest unit and is in need of renovation. The previous owners did not do the greatest job 13 years ago. It is clean and functional, but a little rough, hence generously discounted.
