"Set up of the duplex was perfect for our 3 boys and their families as well as us. Kitchen facilities in both properties fit our needs just right. The pool table was fun at night for the older kids. The grass field leading to the dock was great for whiffle ball and the dock was great for throwing rocks into the water. The houses were close enough to the playground that we could walk there with the kids and the marina was close enough for us to walk to for the boat we had. Very much worth the price."
