"This hotel is extremely stylish - lovely design of the rooms and shared areas. The front of house staff are friendly and helpful. The location is central, close to the main shopping areas and restaurant. But it’s perhaps a little noisy and lively at night time for us. A couple of things let it down. Spa and pool access comes at a cost, we were told €20 for one hour. Also our room turndown was poor. They hung up towels left on the floor and didn’t leave clean ones, the bed was not well made and they didn’t refresh the water. For a 5* property, you’d expect more."

"Nice clean room. Problem with the shower which had great pressure but did not drain well and flooded the bathroom. Staff sent up extra towels as we used all of ours to mop up the water. Still not draining well on second day so ended up using the shower wand at a much Lowered pressure to avoid flooding the room. Breakfast was good and location excellent for exploring the old town and approximately a mile to the Guggenheim. Beware UBER fares fluctuated significantly when in demand increasing by over 300%. Check back every 15 minutes or so to get better rates to reach attractions that are farther away. Beautiful park across from hotel."

"This is a terrific hotel in a great location and nice neighbourhood. The breafast is good if a little over-priced and it was a pity there were no international channels like CNN or BBC World.....otherwise everything fantastic."

"The hotel was located well as far as restaurants and shopping, however, I will say that because it is close to bars, and restaurants, it was extremely loud the first night which was a Saturday. We never ate at the restaurant, because it never seemed to be open while we were there. We did have wine in the bar a couple of times. "
