Hotel New Bilbao Airport

"Didn't check out breakfast. Only other food available is snack vending machine and cold drinks sold at front desk. Property is very clean & well maintained. Light setup in our room was poor. Very happy with our stay. We return to this hotel in a few days. Note: airport shuttle picks up on top level which is departures, not bottom level which is arrivals. No restaurant, bar, or cafe close by. No market either. No fridge in room."

"This was our first time in Bilboa and we wanted to be close to the Guggenheim museum so this location was wonderful as we could also walk to other sites and restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the air conditioning worked very well, and our only criticism is that the breakfast is too expensive, both for the buffet and the lesser "continental" version. All in all we would recommend the hotel."

"I loved this hotel. It was everything you want: quiet, clean, attractive and it’s in the absolute best neighborhood. Everything is nearby. The Guggenheim is 15 minutes walk away. There’s a subway station half block away, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The rooms are very well appointed. Fabulous shower. Check in and checkout fast and simple with very nice people. The park across the street is gorgeous. I suggest you spend an hour just sitting on a park bench. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this hotel."

"The hotel was in a very convenient area. The room was fairly large. It was a little noisy at night, but we were right in the middle of the city. There were many places to eat and drink around it and the room was very clean. The housekeeping staff was excellent and the front desk staff was also excellent in particular. I wish I had his name but a man who I think is from Barcelona was so very helpful."
