"I booked my group at Lallgargh Palace after my reservation Laxmi Niswas Palace was cancelled. Although they are located on the same Heritage Property complex, they are not comparable . The staff at Lallgargh are on par with a Travel Lodge. The breakfast and dinner buffets were reminiscent of an offering at a school cafeteria. Although the rooms are enormous, the pictures don't show chipping paint, leaking pipes. and torn furniture. It was a disappointment at every level. "

"Property needs maintenance TLC and serious updating. The floors in the rooms may be swept after each guest but definitely not mopped. Lot of grime on the floor. Food and service in the restaurant was good. Very disappointed that there was no alcohol licence so no bar."
