"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. We arrived to thishotel and a young male receptionist told us...

"This is a total dump. My room was filthy, garbage full from prior guest. Beds not made, hair and other dirt on sheets. Left a can of spray for bedbugs on the table, so I got totally concerned. The receptionist is 300 meters up the street and his only English is to collect the fee for the room. This place should be shut down. Avoid at all cost."
