"We had the most amazing trip. The fishing was great. Went swimming. Made campfires went to the Antler Store for ice cream. The lake is beautiful. The cabin is beautiful with plenty of room for our family of four and dog. Plenty of area for the dog to run around and play and swim. We can’t say enough good things about Rachel she was so helpful and quick to respond to the many questions we had. The Refuge at North Padre is an awesome place and we can’t wait to come back next summer. Just a wonderful place. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this cabin! When we arrived for 4th of July weekend we were expecting a busy, loud and boistrous lake. We incredibly surprised to learn how quiet and relaxing it is! Not busy at all for the 4th. The neighbors nearby are friendly but keep to themselves. The outdoor games and activities provided were a huge a bonus so we didnt have to haul ours. Also, the dog kennel outside was perfect!! Thanks to this stay, the hubby and I are talking about getting a cabin sooo if you're questioning whether or not to book it....just book it!
