"The facility is still generally new. We pulled in late and we're out by ten so not even sure if it had a pool or exercise equipment. The HVAC was definitely the weak point of the accomodations. We put sofa cushions between it and the bed to redirect the air flow. The other couple in our group said theirs was extremely noisy. Our room was spacious, plenty of desk space, and a balcony. The cleaning crew overlooked all the potatoe chips somebody's kids left on the desk chair from the previous customer. The breakfast was okay overall. Despite the few flaws we still felt it was a good value for one night."

"The outdoor amenities were great. The weather preventer our enjoying them. We were standing by the fire and it went out. The soap dispenser in our shower was empty. Little things. We thoroughly loved our room. The retro design was perfect and the mirror ball was a kick! We will definitely give them another try the next time we are in Flagstaff."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything was perfect, and the hosts had excellent communication throughout our trip. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that I even asked for the link so I could buy them myself. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature, which made it even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!"

"Great room with balcony and views of Lake Powell. Comfy bed, great breakfast! However, to do just one load of washing was going to be at least $10...so we went into town and found a laundromat. Other than that, everything was great!"
