The pull out beds are not great, but the kids still slept okay- don't expect them to accommodate adults unless you pull the mattress to the floor. "This home is a single wide mobile home in a retirement mobile home park. Our family of 5 had loved being in central Page, near restaurants and Lake Powell. The layout of this home is perfect with bedrooms on each side and the kitchen/entertainment area in the middle. It is well-stocked, comfortable, updated inside and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"This property is clean and nice. We were able to sleep 12 people, but one was on an air mattress. The backyard is beautiful and the host were wonderful to work with! It is only a short distance drive to Glen Canyon Marina. We were able to park two boats one in the driveway and one on the road. I would recommend this VRBO."

The hot tub was a fav with our teenagers and the open space and kitchen amenities was my favorite. "Property is very clean and well organized and feels like has been recently remodeled. Has everything you would need to make your stay as convenient as you would at home. Bedrooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. Pillows and blankets and bed covers can’t be better. Bathrooms are like new and extremely clean. Very spacious fridge. Kitchen has everything to help show off your cooking skills. Each room is equipped with air conditioner."
