"I went to Utila looking for a respite. I was looking for no noise or hustle and plain ole isolation from the world. It has been a hard year on me. I just wanted time with only my family. What I got was so much more! I came home feeling so rejuvenated and energized! Our short trip turned out being medicine for my soul. Coconut House is an excellent place to spend quality time with family. Spend your time snorkeling, kayaking, and discovering the reef right off of your very own dock or stargazing from the second story deck at night. We even saw the shadow of Pico Bonito one morning. You can challenge your friends and family to several board games or work on a puzzle. And it is never a waste to spend hours at a time lazing and reading or even napping on of a the extra roomy loungers on the screened-in porch as you listen to the waves and feel the soft Caribbean breeze. Groceries, prepared meals, and freshly caught fish and seafood delivery to your dock are only a phone call away. We asked for lobster one day and it was exceptional!Trish and her team are absolutely wonderful! They take excellent care of you! When we checked out, we felt we had made a wonderful friend in Trish. She met us off of our boat ride in and walked us through everything and makes sure you have all the comforts of home in case you forget something. Overall I say a !If what you liked what you just read then this is the place for you! We are so happy we chose Coconut House and we can’t wait to return!"
Utila Seabreeze Vacation Apartments

"I enjoyed my stay at Seabreeze, it was perfect for a solo 12 night stay. It’s in a great location near to many restaurants and grocery/convenience stores as well as several dive shops and tour operators. The apartment was very clean, quiet and safe. The kitchen is decently sized and has basic utensils and cooking supplies. I work remotely and found the internet to be both fast and consistently reliable. They have really good a/c units and hot water in all of the faucets and the shower. The best part though was the softest and coolest sheets I’ve slept on in a rental apartment in years! The host is so very nice, she met me at the property during check in and even helped with getting me to the ferry. All of the staff on property were very nice and helpful. They’re adding a bar to the deck (already a super beautiful spot to) and I hope to come back and see how it turns out!"
The Whole Hibiscus - Pool & Ocean Front!

"The Whole Hibiscus, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, is perfect for 3 couples to share. On the beach, with a pool, a full moon rising over the water and stars above. Any questions? Lots of privacy just a few minutes from town. The house has everything you could ever want and more. Jo and Tony met us upon arrival and were so accessible on WhatsApp to respond to questions and issues. Go thru them to rent a golf cart. They are VIPs at Bodden and get things done quickly if you have any problems. The info provided at the house is everything you need to know about the island, restaurants etc. The pool was sparkling, thanks to Yunior, who checked on it and cleaned in multiple times during our stay. We used it daily and truly appreciated his effort. All of us enjoyed out time at the Whole Hibiscus and will have fond memories of the the diving, the eclectic town and our evenings at "home" next to the ocean. Thanks Jo and Tony for making this a fabulous visit to La Isla de Utila."

"This was the perfect location for our first visit to Utila. Ann was quickly communicative with me after booking, and the property manager Lijia was phenomenal. She answered any and all of our questions and made the stay incredibly easy. The property was beautiful and quiet - it was about a 25 minute walk into town. The ocean views from the front deck were incredible. Our favourite part of the property was the pool, shaded in the mornings with sun in the afternoons. It was the perfect way to cool down. Highly recommend this property!"
Turtle Beach Sanctuary Utila

"We loved our stay at Turtle Beach Sanctuary. It was very private, quiet, and felt very upscale. Beautiful views and atmosphere. You will definitely want to plan ahead for transportation and your food/meals as it is a bit remote. That being set right into town with a golf cart or less with a scooter. We really would have liked a little bit larger fridge and kitchen but we knew and we would have so it’s what we expected. Love the outdoor areas and amenities that were available. It’s a little bit disappointing. You can’t go right out into the ocean due to all the rocks and searching, but it was a wonderful view. Definitely be sure to bring lots of sunscreen and lots of bug spray. Cliff was the property manager that came out to help us with check-in and helped us with our luggage. He went out of his way several times to make sure we were comfortable and to help us with the things we needed. He was absolutely awesome. We really loved our stay and would definitely return."

"Beautiful property in the most beautiful area of the island. Coral Ridge House has been impeccably designed inside and out with great detail. Fully stocked kitchen, bottled water, purified ice, comfortable beds and bedding. Plush towels. Great snorkeling and scuba diving right outside the backyard.Walking distance to everything you need. Two great places to eat very near and everything else within .5 - 1.5 miles.You are greeted at the ferry by the host manager with all logistics arranged. A very inexpensive tuk tuk ride over the bridge and you’re at your home away from home. If you’re lucky enough to meet the hosts and you’re a dog lover, you won’t want to leave! Utila is fabulous little island with great people, great food and a great vibe. It is a divers paradise but you don’t need to be a diver to enjoy. Be sure to rent a golf cart or quad and explore the island. You can also walk everywhere. If you’re open to it you’ll meet people and likely make friends.We most definitely will be back!
