My review is against Charlotte the “manager” I brought up the pet fee as it’s specified on the website as per stay per night but, I was charge per dog. Coconut Cay Resort & Marina
A charming but dated hotel. It is physically clean and well kept but our room has musty and old lingering smell, overpowering especially upon entering the room. Location is very good, walkable to some restaurants, close to groceries and beach.
