"Very quiet room!!!!! Clean, tidy, very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast included a waffle maker, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, cold cereal, juice, coffee, tea. Highly recommend this motel! Easy access to roads +++"

"We had a great stay. The owners are so welcoming and laid-back that it promotes an easy-going relaxation that one might feel when staying with family, rather than an unknown entity. Ann and Billy are generous and seem to truly want to share their property for guests to enjoy as if it were their own. They are up front in what they are offering, not claiming to offer a luxury resort stay, but rather a pet-friendly, homey sort of feel, which we appreciated. The addition of historical context and free-range feathered visitors added interest and topped off the peace and beauty of the place. We had a wonderful, calming stay and would definitely do it again. Loved it."

"No lake view at all even though advertised; trees were too thick to see thru across the cul-de-sac which was the side on the lake. Tiles in flooring were broken and cracked in places. Had to keep close eye on crawling baby so he did not cut himself"
