Stunning Big Bear property in the heart of the highly sought after Fox Farm area. Perfect for your next vacation or quick getaway. Gorgeous single story log style with lots to offer! Open floor plan featuring vaulted tongue and groove wood ceiling, wood/gas fireplace, and incredible woodwork. Walking distance to the ski slopes, lake, golf, zoo, restaurants, shops, and National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1600+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fan, dining table, smart TV, stunning floor to ceiling river rock wood/gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master bedroom has a queen bed, Pack n Play, and private bath with shower. Second bedroom has a double bed. Third bedroom has a day bed with trundle bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Laundry area in the hallway with a side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Large back deck with patio furniture and a gas barbecue for grilling year-round.

PARKING - 2 car driveway, 1 car garage parking

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 7 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Must come to our office to pay a $100 deposit for garage door opener. Must be returned to the office or $100 deposit will be kept.
