Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, crockpot, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker and KEURIG K CLASSIC coffee brewer, dishes, pots/pans, and more. Large wrap-around deck with hot tub and gas-linked barbecue.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash must be taken to one of two disposal sites in Big Bear Lake (addressed to these sites are posted throughout the cabin). Trash must not be left at the cabin at check out
All tv/roku remotes must be returned to their respective rooms
Spa cover must be on the spa when not in use and upon check out, lower temp to 80
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Get away with the daughters and kids

House is a great location, close to the lake and the village and the Alpine slide area. Plenty of deck area and the hot tub was a treat.! Too bad we didn’t have much snow…

Big Bear cabin

The cabin was clean and had all the comforts of home. We loved it and had the best time. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool table too! The host was helpful and made the process easy.

Great for getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the games in the garage and the bunk room. There was lots of space to spread out and we liked that we could stay in and cook with all the kitchen items. The location was fabulous and the view was gorgeous

Had an excellent stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Description was spot on. No surprises, unlike other oversold BB properties. House exceeded expectations and was perfect for an LA getaway. If it's available, we will definitely stay here again!

The house was sizeable, clean, warm and perfectly located. Suzannah has responsive, even at 9pm in the evening! Great stay and great memories in Big Bear for my family and me! We can't wait to return!

Spacious

Great location, walkable to Alpline slide / sledding, but careful crossing the main road. Plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed hot tub on deck. As with any 3-story house, the top floor is a lot warmer than the bottom floor bedrooms. Also tell your friends to tread lightly in the morning if people still sleeping downstairs.

Epic New Year Getaway!

Our first time using VRBO and we had a fantastic experience with great owners who were very attentive and easy to get ahold for questions. The property was awesome with bunk beds for the kids and multiple bedrooms for the family as well. GREAT layout, loved the deck with hot tub, fun times in the game room, & magic having a fireplace ablaze while the snow is falling leaving a perfect layer of powder for sledding in the morning. Couldnt ask for a better place and look forward to next year!! Thanks again!!

Cabin needs a touch up

Good location, decent size with a great view from the balcony, however this cabin is in need of serious maintenance. Very different from what the pictures show. There are extension cords running up the walls of the living room, the wood on the deck and outdoor furniture is completely falling apart and peeling/cracking. A couple of our kids got splinters. The kitchen is functional but appliances are cheap and unreliable. Also if you’re renting in the summer be aware there is no air-conditioning and the place gets very hot, especially in the rooms above the garage - cools off a bit at night but not enough to be comfortable even with fans running. We also had a hard time finding acess to the lake walking distance from the property. If looking in Big Bear I think there are better options at this price point.

Excellent Experience

We had a fantastic time and loved the house. There were a few things we were disappointed with. Since it is a home intended for multiple people, it would be nice to have more silverware. We were running the dishwasher often because there was not enough silverware for our group. Additionally, not enough toilet paper was provided. Each bathroom had less than two rolls for our entire stay. Lastly, the game room is in the garage and it was freezing. The original space heater was broken so we used another one, but it really did not produce enough heat to warm up the space. Overall, the house provided a very nice vacation experience.
