The entry level floor houses the game room – fully equipped with a pool table, foos-ball table, wet bar, game ready 65 inch TV, and fireplace; a great place to play after a long day on the ski slopes or lake.

Walk upstairs to a lavish living room with floor to ceiling windows with incredible lake views. Get comfortable in front of the gas-fireplace one of the leather couches and watch your favorite programs on the mounted 75 inch television over the mantle. The kitchen is off the living area, which has been fully upgraded including granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. A 6-burner stove top makes cooking easy for the entire group. Serve dinner at the dining room table – with enough room for the full group while you enjoy expansive views.

The living quarters are sprawling and can sleep up to 12 people. The master retreat is perfection for the head of the household. With a king-sized bed and a fireplace, you will feel super cozy when you are ready to fall asleep. All bedrooms contain large flat screen TVs.  Wake up to spectacular lake views and walk out onto your private deck where you can sip a cup of coffee and enjoy all the spoils of nature. The en-suite master bath has a lavish bathtub to soak in. The three other bedrooms all contain comfy Queen-sized beds. The loft above the living room has a wonderful log-style king sized bed and its own private patio with lake views.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
