Comfy cabin on large lot. Excellent location with Snow Summit less than 1 mi away, walking distance to Lake, and the Village is right around the corner. Fun for families and groups ready to relax or adventure. Enjoy the open-concept kitchen and living room. Kitchen complete with everything you need. Beds: 1K / 4 Q/1 PULL OUT / 1 TWIN. Has a BBQ, & a hot tub.

The space: Tri-level.

First level is a game room with sofa bed pull out couch and master bedroom with his & her mirrored wardrobe closets and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Second level is a giant living room with mounted flat screen smart TV, open to kitchen, and with sliding French doors to backyard.

Bottom level is complete with 2 spacious bedrooms with wardrobe closets, Jack and Jill double vanity bathroom with tub shower and backyard access.

1 California king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, and 1 crib to accommodate everyone comfortably. Enjoy the serene surroundings and modern amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and a cozy office space with a sofa bed. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

Our stay at this great house in Big Bear Lake was absolutely perfect! The cabin was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations, which made our trip even better. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and scenic retreat!

The house was in a great location! The house is within walking distance to Ski Beach Parks which is great for kids. The backyard also had plenty of space for the kids to play. There was also variety of board games supplied by the host. It is only a 4 minute drive from the house to The Village & Bartlett Rd. The only criticism I have is the house was not very clean. The floor and rugs were very dirty. There were a lot of cobwebs throughout the house. Lastly, in the kitchen there were a lot of ants. We had to store all food in Ziploc bags or store the food in the refrigerator. I do hope to visit the house in the future and recommend staying here if it is available.
