While the room was compact, it provided all the essentials, including a mini fridge, TV, and strong air conditioning, as well as a deep soaking tub. The balcony was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view. The hotel had a distinctly Japanese atmosphere, requiring guests to remove their shoes and swap them for indoor slippers. Although the receptionist wasn’t always available for assistance, Google Maps came to my rescue. Overall, our stay was quiet and relaxing, and I would recommend this hotel."

"Amazing view of the ocean but, be advised, due to dangerous rip tides swimming is not allowed. There is a swimmable beach about a 10 min walk down the way but it will depend on weather conditions. Not a ton to do in the small town but relax. Enjoyed the stay quite a bit."

The place is spotless and conveniently located, with a bus station right across the road. Additionally, scooter rentals from courtesy of a friendly owner are just a few shops away from the hotel and the vibrant night market is less than a five-minute walk away."
