"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of Berlin. Its location near a train station was extremely convenient for travel around the city, as well as visiting many of the major tourist destinations. The staff was accommodating and efficient. The room was spacious and met our needs wonderfully. Very much recommend this hotel. "

"Great hotel and staff, only let down was the A/C in the rooms. Swapped rooms thinking it was my room but the new room was no better. They upgraded me to a higher floor so I could open the windows which helped a bit but then the noise from the street was a bit much."

"This place is huge, managed to get lost trying to find our room. The room was huge and really great, staff were lovely the car was good the restaurant food was a bit pricey but some nice places outside the hotel to eat. Very handy having a supermarket below. Comfy beds and good shower, everything you could think of provided in the room. "

"Great hotel, friendly staff. Many thanks to Shadeen and Penelope at the reception desk for being professional, attentive and kind. Hotel looks great, modern and upbeat. The atmosphere and ambiance at the lobby is great. Room was a bit small for my taste. A/C can be improved. Glasses in the room and the bathroom need to be placed on a paper pad, which was not there (?). There was a bird droppings on my window which I asked to be cleaned and I am sure the reception desk made a note, but the maintenance staff did not bother to do it. The location is great, right beside the river, cathedral and many sightseeings. The breakfast was great with good quality. There should be some movie and entertainment channels to be added to the tv. Overall, I would stay again at this hotel. Thanks again to Shadeen for upgrading my room. "

"Great size room, really comfortable bed, and the facilities were amazing quality. I went for the value room expecting a small room. It was very spacious, more than enough room for two people. We even had a view of the TV tower from our window. Easy check in via the app and room key via app was also handy, no having to go get a new one if it stops working."
