"Detta boende borde inte finnas. Detta är en vanlig lägenhet i en hyresfastighet där man byggt om för att få plats med fler rum. Rummen är otroligt små och det finns rum som inte har fönster ut. "So I always stay here whenever I am in Oslo, strangely I forgot the room no that I always stay in and I managed to get in touch with the property and showed them my pics of the room from previous two stays. And they found the room. Sadly they could not allocated me for the first night , I guess they forgot, but next day they made sure I got the room. They were super duper nice and welcoming and apologetic for the situation, makes me realise how caring they are towards their guest. I work in one of the luxury 5 star hotel in london and seeing this in Oslo made me feel good about working in hospitality. And Also, they gave me their email to book my specific room with them when I am visiting again. I usually visit 2-3 times a year to Oslo. And the hospitality and the view from my room makes me wanna come back to this hotel again and again. Thank you everyone , the whole team ♥️🇳🇴 love SUMAIR "
