The house consists of four floors, they are divided into 6 bedrooms (2 double, 2 double and 2 quadruple) plus 3 extra beds and cots, four bathrooms (one of them incorporated in a room), a toilet, two spacious living-dining rooms (both with fireplace), two fully equipped kitchens, an attic enabled as an environmental education classroom, consisting among other things of: ethnological museum, exhibition of fauna and flora of the area, workshop and exhibition of artisan products, small library. The house also consists of a small patio and two large terraces with excellent views of the mountains "El Padrón" and "Bayonas".
