"Have stayed at this hotel before, staff are friendly, gym & pool are both very good quality, restaurant food was very good, breakfast was also nice, the rooms are beginning to need a bit of a refresh, water was not very hot at all, we had several rooms booked all had the same problem with the water. We arrived late and the night manger was perfect warm greeting and showed us to our room to our surprise he was there for breakfast as well. The room was perfect we was greeted by a dove in our room in the morning which we are taking as good luck. The spa facilities were brilliant and relaxing as well thank you so much everything was perfect "
