"It was our first time ever experiencing Glamping and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to do it than Green Haven. My wife, our little Chorkie and I were staying in Barn Owl and it was perfect. We were actually around 40 minutes early for our check-in at 2pm but Keeley and Glen made us feel so welcome, like long lost friends, we immediately felt at home. We were given a tour of the site, including the spotless shower and toilet facilities, the beautiful gardens and stunning well stocked fishing lake. We’re not fishing fanatics but if you are you would not be disappointed. We were then shown to our pod. It was perfect, just the right size to feel cozy and also be a special unique experience. You have your own private fenced decking space which is secure so we could let our dog run around. You also have the use of BBQ facilities. The whole place is so tranquil and just gorgeous, particularly at sunset. There is a lovely little walk all around the lake which our dog wanted to do multiple times. On the way round there are many benches to stop at to soak up the views. We’ve stayed in hotels with our dog and he struggles as he hears the neighbours particularly at night but here he slept right through without a peep. Our only regret is we didn’t stay longer but we’ll definitely be back soon. Oh and one thing if you’re staying a while make sure you have a few pound coins for the shower. "

"A very friendly welcome by all the staff, on a busy Easter weekend when they were all rushed off their feet. The room was very comfy, lovely large bed. The floors were a little creaky but it's an old building so to be expected. Lunch was very tasty, homecooked food, plenty of variety."
