"I booked this Hotel due to it's close proxomity to Accor for (State of Origin 1) The confusing part for me was where to check in as it's a Hotel/Pub so you walk into the bar and basically find a random staff member who will take your details and give you a key (I can't even remember the last time I used a key for a room and not a swipe card) The location itself I didn't realise until after I checked out was quite close to Homebush station so fellow travellers keep that in mind. "Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter. Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access.
