"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. "Excellent staff and a very warm welcome. This hotel has a wonderful family vacation atmosphere and the attached restaurant is outstanding. The pool area is also a nice touch. To top it off the hotel is surrounded by shops and dining options in the pedestrian zone. You can’t go wrong booking here. Excellent value "
