"The place is a lot bigger than it appears in photos. Minutes from the grocery store bakery and pizza place. Very modern with lots of character the running water from the old mill is very soothing the double windows block out street traffic not that there is very much, it is very quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great place"

"Aus der Online- Beschreibung geht nicht eindeutig hervor, dass es sich um ein Mehr-Parteien-Objekt handelt. Am ziemlich kleinen Pool war manchmal ganz schön was los, weil er von mehreren Appartements und Häusern benutzt war. Sauberkeit nicht zu beanstanden, Küchenausstattung iO, Umgebung traumhaft, aber man muss halt wissen, dass es sich nicht um ein einzelstehendes Haus handelt und man einfach nicht allein in seiner Gruppe auf dem kleinen Gelände ist."

It has everything you need for a wonderful & comfortable stay, and clearly it was built for you to enjoy the view of the mountains and the centro of Polcenigo below. You don't even need a car to enjoy fantastic hiking or a walk into town for drinks and gelato. The homeowner provided thoughtful and helpful instructions.
