The "Santa Petronilla" loft is an attic space with exposed wooden beams and several windows in the ceiling. The bathroom has a large bathtub for two people. In contact with the kitchen there is a nice round wooden table and comfortable antique chairs. In the living room there are two comfortable armchairs and in the sleeping area there is a beautiful "cloud" bed that invites you to rest and dream. The space is very intimate, ideal for a couple in need of peace and quiet and who appreciate refined and romantic environments. Please note that the shower is built into the bath and may be difficult to access for those with mobility problems. There are bars, restaurants, bakery and shops within walking distance. Communal car parks are very close by, some are chargeable and others are free. The access is independent, you will find the keys in a key box and the code will be communicated to you before your arrival. The cleaning is very thorough and the staff is local. A few steps away you will find typical Ticino grotti with regional specialities and restaurants with Mediterranean specialities where you can enjoy fresh fish dishes, as well as various other offers. The price of your stay does not include the tourist tax of Fr. 3.00 per night per person (from 14 years). The village of Biasca is a small non-tourist agglomeration of 19th century character, with some buildings derived from Ticino rustic architecture and others less beautiful from the 1960s. We invite our guests to remove their shoes in the flat. Before leaving please make sure to turn off the lights and close the windows. Before checking out we ask you to wash dishes and pots and put everything on the shelves and leave the flat in order as found. In the basement we have an area for recycling: (glass, pet, iron/alu and paper) and for rubbish. We ask you to have common sense and adopt a quiet and discreet behaviour, especially at night, after 10pm or during siesta time.
