💳 Security Deposit
A €500 security deposit will be requested for the rental. Managed via the secure online service Swikly, it must be completed before your arrival. Service fees of €3–€9 apply. The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card limit. Within 7 days after departure, and subject to compliance with the terms and the apartment being returned in perfect condition, this transaction is automatically cancelled.

The residence is secure and has a caretaker ensuring compliance with house rules.
It is strictly forbidden to leave trash in front of the apartment door or in the corridors. Designated areas are provided on the floor.
As with any seaside property, humidity levels may vary depending on weather conditions.
