"Our stay at this hotel was far from enjoyable. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout our visit. One particularly absurd moment was being charged €8 for a coffee from a basic machine. "We only stayed one night enroute home to the UK from The Algarve but we loved this hotel. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful and well located for the beach and a short walk to the busy shopping area. We pre booked to park and were able to charge our car which was much appreciated. We ate in the Hôtel restaurant and the food and service were outstanding. We are already planning to return. "
