"The location of this hotel is great, right in the hear Biarritz. The rooms are very nice and clean. The hotel is a good value. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There is a boulangerie right next door."

"Perfect place! The only setback is the restaurant service outside, which was ultra slow and subpar, but anything else is top notch. Would stay again."

"Great location within walking distance of everything in Biarritz and it was also very helpful to be able to reserve a parking space at the hotel. Hotel was nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and we loved our welcome gift!!"

"The property is centrally located with clean and modern rooms. There was a good selection and variety of foods for breakfast. The hotel offers beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. for guests' use which is a very nice touch. We found all staff, especially reception to be friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending the Mercure Biarritz and would definitely stay again."

"Great location"

"This is a lovely hotel situated on the main street leading down to the small beach at Port Vieux , Biarritz. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and a welcome drink ( glass of sangria ) , which was a nice touch. Rooms compact but very cosy with good bathroom and very comfortable bed . Decent breakfast included in the price . 2 minutes walk to coast , and excellent restaurants nearby .Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any friends who were visiting Biarritz."

"Our stay at Palmito was amazing, best location in town, quiet, very, very clean, great breakfast and on top of that, the staff is super helpful and beautiful! Love Guido! (The dog) Merci! On reviendra!"

"Great location close to the beaches, and great and personal service from the nice people in the staff. Clean rooms and nice beds, big bathroom in the family room. Super nice breakfast on their terrace that I would say is well worth the price (12 euro for adults) We would definitely come back!"
