Pretty town house recently renovated with taste. The key words: simplicity, sobriety, serenity. Exactly how it feels when pushing the front door.

On the ground floor you will find a beautiful entrance hall overlooking a relaxation area with in the background a beautiful American kitchen bathed in light and fully equipped opening onto the terrace, behind large windows.

A separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine complete the ground floor.

On the first floor, you will find the sofa area with a flat screen TV and the master suite with dressing room and a shower room with Italian shower.

Finally, the second and last floor houses the last two bedrooms with king size beds.

Emplacement de rêve!

On est venu profiter des belles journées du mois de mars dans cette superbe maison! On a adoré tout faire à pied... La plage de la Côte des Basques à 400m, le rêve pour un féru de surf comme moi! Sans oublier la place de parking privée, fini le temps perdu à tourner pour trouver une place! Je reviendrais certainement !!!
