To rectify this mistake, I called at the hotel number but such was the sorry state of affairs that even after calling continously for about 3 hrs, nobody answered the call. "I had inadvertently booked the check in date as 18.6.2023 whereas my actual check in date should have been 25.6.2023( one week later). To rectify this mistake, I called at the hotel number but such was the sorry state of affairs that even after calling continously for about 3 hrs, nobody answered the call. This is so unfair, customers should at least be given the chance to amend the dates instead of making them face so much hardship and lose their hard earned money! "
