We were lucky that no one was renting the larger property during most of our stay but be aware that it's very close to it and no physical division so wouldn't be very private when otbers are there. "The property is of a smallish size but clean and tidy the pool is excellent but shared with 2 other villas, the grounds are well kept and it is safe. The villa does require some updating as some of fixings and fittings are starting to look tired and at this price point I would have expected air conditioning and more space. "There was one downside of this place - the creeping service fees which are not declared on the Vrbo profile. The website announces that bedding is provided, but then the owner writes to you to ask for €10 per person for sheets and towels. On arrival, you are told to use a screwdriver to clean the shower drains of hair before you leave. Then on departure, with minutes to spare, you are told to clean the whole place yourself or pay another €50. It’s not unusual to ask for a cleaning fee, but...

"- Agreable jardin ombragé par les pins : le logement, meme mensardé, ne prend pas trop le chaud en été - Superbe piscine (seul bémol, elle n'est pas complètement sécurisée car les portillons ne ferment pas = enfants en bas ages a surveiller de prés) - à 300m de la riviere par un petit chemin pieton, pour de petites tranpettes (plagr de galets, très peu de fond, bien pour les enfants) - propriete et parking sécurisés (portail, cloturés) - bien équipée : lave linge, lave vaisselle, climatisation...

"We had a wonderful stay in Eyragues! We were heartly welcomed by the owners including their friendly dog Mila. The home with the private terrasse was clean and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the familys pool, which is in their „main garden“ whenever we liked and had some great evenings playing boule in there as well. "We can thoroughly recommend a holiday in this unique and beautifully restored early 18th century windmill with a stunning view over the Pont-du-Gard. It is only a short walk into the friendly and historic village with bars, post office and boulangerie. The owners were most welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We will fondly remember the sound of the cicadas and sunset over the Pond-du-Gard. Thank you!"
