The 218m² house can accommodate up to 12 people. It corresponds to the Merlot and Syrah houses, with the opening of doors of communication.

It has a private pool (12m x 6m).

At the first level:

    1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC)

    1 room with 2 beds and washbasin

    1 bathroom (bath, washbasin, WC)

    All modern comfort awaits you: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, refrigerator-freezer, barbecue, TV, DVD player, stereo.
The linen is entirely provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths), it is changed every Saturday.

At the second level:

    2 rooms with 2 beds with bathroom en suite (shower, washbasin, WC)

From July 21 to August 18, the house is rented exclusively for the week from Saturday.

On arrival, a deposit of 800 € will be payable either in cash or by check.
