"A wonderful hotel with a view that could not be matched in the area. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend as it was quite warm outside. The view from the terrace should not be missed. The property is a stone’s throw from old castle ruins (free) and an underground sandstone quarry (there is an admission fee), as well as a short walk from the old town. Full disclosure: the hotel is on the top of a hill. While the walk into town was all downhill and relatively easy, the walk back up to the hotel could be viewed as somewhat strenuous."

Also, close and easy access to major highways and centrally/conveniently located to every place we wanted to visit.We really enjoyed our time in Waldmohr. The VRBO hosts, who we had the honor and the pleasure to meet and visit with were awesome. So much thoughtful attention to detail - everything we needed to enjoy our visit was provided in the house. The house was extremely clean, modern, and cozy(comfortable)."
