"The hotel and Bar which displaying signs of the Olde Worlde were nevertheless excellent for us. Clean premises, friendly and very helpful Staff and reasonably priced. We also like the surrounding area of cobbled street and since the premises was fronting on to the River Severn the view was just excellent. Siting outside the Pub alongside the River made for a very pleasant stay on a hot summers evening. Would like to stay there should we happen to be in the district again."

"A lovely hotel beautiful surroundings. Room was amazing very comfortable bed. We ate there 2 nights and the food was amazing. A delicious breakfast plenty to choose from. "

"The property was in fantastic position in the countryside, with only one neigbour for miles. Immaculately cleaned and everything you want in a house was already there. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen, TV, games and books in the living room. The bedrooms are all of a good size with plenty of storage. outside there is a balcony to sit with a cuppa and enjoy the views, the hot tub is a great addition though if you are a little unsteady on your feet it's a bit precarious getting in and out of. The gardens are very well kept, it was great to sit by the massive duck pond and have a picnic of course sharing the crusts with the ducks! We all had a fantastic stay, when we had a small issue the owner was round within a few minutes to sort things out. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying in this lovely property. "

"It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The lodge was a really high standard, the owners had thought of everything. The cherry on the top was the hot tub. The owners were really friendly, and at hand if you needed them. A really great place to stay if you want peace and quiet, and to get away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. Would highly recommend."

"Ate in the bar area. Excellent food and knowledgeable about gluten free requirements. Room was well decorated and some nice finishing touches. My only criticism was that the shower should be updated"
